Shaurya — Valour
The ancestral discipline of the kshatriya — duty without fear, service without self. Preserved in our sammelans, honoured in our vibhutiyan chronicles.
The Akhil Bharatiya Rao Sirdar Samaj is the central body of a dispersed lineage — soldiers, scholars, and householders across India and the diaspora. We coordinate the sammelans, and hold the four pillars of shaurya, vidya, dharma, and sewa.
Constituted in 1978 and registered as a charitable trust in 1982, the samaj is governed by an elected central committee and twenty-four regional units. Membership is by descent and verified by the local unit.

The Vidya Nidhi scholarship supports children of the samaj across schools, colleges, and research. Scholarship rolls are printed in the patrika each year.
Kul-devi yatras, mandir trust restoration, and the rituals of the ancestral villages — held in trust by the samaj so the next generation inherits them intact.
The Welfare Kosh provides medical aid, crisis support, and assistance to widows and elders of the samaj. Every rupee is recorded in the annual report.
Elections are held triennially at the annual mahasabha. Twenty-four regional conveners sit on the general council.
